Doin It Right

Just when you think you couldn’t combine comfort x style together, you get yourself a sweater, a pair of sneakers & take on the challenge. I paired this Nike sweater with this navy pinstriped pencil skirt but I didn’t want to wear heels with it. I’ve styled this up for work before, but this time I saw the neon yellow stripe & couldn’t get a sporty look out of my mind. This was probably the first time where I styled an outfit first & then thought about the shoes! I had no white sneakers but knew I needed them for this look, yes NEEDED! So here I go off on a little shopping mission & snagged these Vans classic slip-ons from Kicks Society a local sports apparel shop here in El Paso. They definitely pulled the entire outfit together <3 so obviously, I’m very happy with my impromptu purchase lol.
